Legacy Venture Group Limited operates as the parent company supporting a developing network of businesses, divisions and specialist capabilities.
The parent-company structure allows LVG to centralise important group functions such as business planning, administration, systems, documentation, branding, governance, research and professional support while individual businesses and divisions focus on delivering their respective services.
This structure is intended to create greater consistency across the group while allowing specialist businesses to develop their own expertise and operational capability.
Professional Services LVG provides and develops professional support capabilities including business and project support, planning, research, documentation, copywriting, content development and practical consultation within our demonstrated capability. Operational Services LVG is also developing practical service businesses in areas including cleaning, professional carpet cleaning, painting and property maintenance. Future Development Additional businesses, specialist capabilities and partnerships may be established where there is genuine demand and where LVG has the appropriate people, resources, systems and commercial justification to proceed. Our structure is designed to grow with the organisation rather than requiring the group to repeatedly rebuild its foundations as new opportunities arise.

The founders' approach combines business planning, research, project coordination, documentation, operational experience and practical problem-solving with a strong focus on responsible long-term development.
Rather than positioning Legacy Venture Group around one individual profession or industry, the company has been structured to support multiple areas of capability as the organisation develops.
The long-term objective is to create a group that can adapt to new opportunities while maintaining clear values, professional standards and responsible decision-making.
